These beautifully handcrafted sterling silver pendants can be worn as a broach as well to give you versatility with your Jewellery. They have matching rings that are either a circle or square setting, they are a favorite at The Jewellery Gallery @ Carrington's. The designer Jo Luping is renowned for her ceramics, which capture New Zealand’s coastal pastoral landforms and New Zealand’s indigenous flora and fauna.
A single koru is fossilized on a ceramic tile. A cabbage tree captured on film – preserved in resin and framed in silver – becomes a tiny piece of wearable art. Her medium may shift and evolve, but her muse is constant, landscape. Her art is like the environment it reflects – robust and fragile.
